Concept of Operations CONOPS Plan

Concept of Operations (CONOPS) is both an analysis and a formal document that describes how an asset, system, or capability will be employed and supported. TAIC Security Services & Solutions Division provides technical and analytical support functions in assisting commands in ”bridging the gap” between the Mission Need Statement (MNS) and the Operational Requirements Document (ORD) by identifying capabilities needed to perform the missions, mitigating gaps outlined in the MNS, and advising the command in identifying and selecting balanced solutions in the Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) or Alternative Analysis (AA) process. The final CONOPS documentation informs mission managers, operational and mission support commanders, tactical users and other stakeholders of the intended uses and methods of support of assets, systems or capabilities.

Operational Security OPSEC Plan

Technology Associates’ Security Services and Solutions Division provides technical OPSEC expertise in assisting Department of Defense, DoD Contractors and various intelligence agencies in developing OPSEC Plans to protect against the inadvertent disclosure of classified and unclassified (sensitive information). • vulnerabilities

  • associated risks

  • application of countermeasures

Technology Associates’ Security Services and Solutions Division advises commands or agencies with recommendations throughout the final documentation and implementation phase. The OPSEC Plan is a vital tool for the protection of a program or project, as well as conducting normal day-to-day operations while maintaining OPSEC readiness and integrity.
