Technology Associates’ recently developed and designed One Clear Picture (OCP), an enterprise GIS database system in support of the Executive Office of the President (EOP).

The EOP-OCP Personnel Security Information Database system has been specifically designed to provide the Executive Office of the President, Deputy Chief of Security and Branch Chief of Personnel Security, with the latest in data processing technology to improve the speed, effectiveness, accuracy and reliability of Operational Security (OPSEC) in mission readiness. The OCP system captures and consolidates critical technical information related to Personnel Security Information and Security Clearances from multiple data sources while providing access through a single, role-based user interface. OCP uses automated workflow to collaborate between disparate data sources for each business line. This technology is used by the Department of Defense and other government agencies around the world to manage operations for both daily use and during crisis situations. Based on Microsoft Virtual Earth (now “Bing”), OCP incorporates the domain knowledge of EOP Personnel Security Branch operations into a powerful and agile solution, capable of satisfying current and future mission-related operations.

In addition, OCP enterprise GIS was designed and developed for the Department of Justice (DOJ). The DOJ-OCP SCIF Information Database System was also developed and designed to capture and consolidate technical SCIF related information into a single, role-based user interface at the classified level.
